H2O Summer Training Sessions (U12, U14, U16, U19 Only)
H2O’s 8-week Summer training sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings at Copperplex in Edgewood, MD from 6:00-8:00pm.
Players will do 45 minutes of Strength/Conditioning training with H2O S&C Coach Nick Farmer, and 1hr 15 min of hockey specific training with the H2O coaching staff. See below for more details!

June-July sessions: 6/11, 6/18, 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30
The sessions will be structured as follows:
U16 & U19
6:00-6:45 – Strength & Conditioning
6:45-8:00 – Hockey Specific Training
U12 & U14
6:00-7:15 – Hockey Specific Training
7:15-8:00 – Strength & Conditioning
